Applies at 35,000+ New Hampshire consumers (excluding payment-only data), or 10,000+ if 25%+ of revenue comes from selling personal data. A mandatory 60-day AG cure period applied only through the end of 2025 — it's discretionary now. HB 1460 (signed Jun 19, 2026, effective Jan 1, 2027) adds a flat prohibition on selling the personal data of a child, using COPPA's definition of "child" (under 13) — a ban, not a consent requirement.
